The School of Early Childhood Education; previously known as the International Centre for Early Childhood Education (ICEC) is an approved training agency by the Pre-school Qualification Accreditation Committee, PQAC (a joint committee formed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social & Family Development), was set up in late 2000 with a commitment to offering high quality professional development in the field of early childhood care and education. The overriding aim of the school is to provide a quality alternative training and professional development venue for persons seeking to upgrade their qualifications in the field of early childhood education, regardless of whether they have had previous experience.
Till date we have successfully trained more than 1600 students and is one of the fastest growing and independent pre-school teaching agency in Singapore.
