Nanyang Institute of Management (Nanyang) is an independent private education service provider. Nanyang’s shareholders are IPC Corporation Ltd (IPC) and Economic Development Board Investments Pte Ltd (EDBI). IPC is a public listed company on the main board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) since 1993. EDBI is the investment arm of the Economic Development Board of Singapore. It should not be perceived as being linked to other education institutions in Singapore that also have the word "Nanyang" in their names..
